Has your water cooler STOP dispensing water?.
When you are pushing down on the tap No water coming out?.
Could be one of two parts?. Best way to tell is to open up your water cooler (click on awesome water repair manual link above for opening of machine instructions) and check these parts (view picture) before ordering parts.
Feels like the tap has lost it's spring. So when you push down can no longer feel the tap working?.
Check to see if you can pick up the bottle set of your water cooler?.
IF it feels stuck turn of water coolers as water inside the cold tank may have frozen.
OR they could be a ring of frozen water inside the cold tank?.
- IF your water inside you cold tank has frozen. Is a good indicator sign that your cold reader (sensor) needs replacing.
Recommended cold side setting between 6 - 8 deg.
IF your set your water cooler colder than these required setting it may freeze the water inside the cold tank
Another way to check is to view your digital screen, should read the setting you set your water cooler for e.e anywhere between 6 -8 deg.
- Child lock could be broken (view picture) to order this part only view D.I.Y parts for child lock we have 2 options original as pictured OR child ( that has a extra locks that you have to push via colour taps e.g. Blue & red parts into machine / water cooler to dispenser water)

Check if compressor kick’s in
Turn off your machine for more than 3 minutes, then turn back of with the cool snowflake BLUE button, listen for the compressor to kick in they will be a slight noise like a fridge turning on, can take up to 2-3 minutes your screen should have BLUE triangle grid with a small blue snowflake in the left corner of grid, just above the temperature display panel. You can also place your hand against the right side where the compressor is and you can feel compressor starting.
IF you do not hear a clicking noise the compressor clicking in, then this needs to be replaced
If digital display had faded due to sunlight you can use your hand to cup shade to see screen

Check if damaged or signs that it has burnt out.
Remove bottle set of water cooler.
Unscrew 2 x screws located at the back of water cooler
Remove the lid, with a slight wiggle to loosen if needed
Remove Lid, ensuring wires stay in place
They is a metal box unscrew 2 x screws (back of machine)
IF no box earlier modules <2006 (rare parts)
Check for signs of damage on motherboard. (Black burns)
Check front and back.
IF burnt out or damage this needs to be replaced.
3. DIDGIBOARD
Check Didgiboard via the back of lid
For any signs of burnt out or damage
IF signs of damage to the Didgiboard needs replacing

The job of the sensor is to read and set the required temperature of the machine.
If your water cooler is reading anything other than the setting you have set your water cooler for.
Recommended cold sit setting between 6 - 8 degrees.
If you set it any colder may freeze up the water inside the cold tank.

REPLACING A COLD READER
No water coming out of cold tap
Could be freezing inside the tank
Digital screen temperature is very high, even though water is still cold. ( Repair part needed “COLD READER” )
When cold tank has frozen, best to turn off & leave to defrost overnight
The thermostat inside the tank may also be frozen over, leave overnight to defrost naturally for best results
If your water cooler was purchased before 2009 the thermostat / cold reader is located in the bottom of the tank.
Newer water coolers purchased after 2009 the thermostat / cold reader is located in the side of the tank.
Easier for replacing the cold reader
Recommended to add a Heat Compound
TURN POWER OFF & UNPLUG YOUR WATER COOLER
Remove bottle set, set aside
Drain all water out of cooler
Remove the spindle – plastic in tank
If you see a ice block leave longer
Unscrew 2 x top screws at back loosening the lid
Remove lid leaving wires in tact
Remove 2 x screws located at front when lid removed.
Remove drip tray, then the 2 screws
Cut stay tie that holds pipes together
Pull pipe that leads to tap
Unclip the front face via clips on side.
Remove front face of water cooler
Locate old cold reader, follow the wire via white cable to
Didgiboard (screen)
OLDER WATER COOLERS cold reader located at bottom
NEWER WATER COOLERS cold reader located at side
You may have to remove some foam to view cold reader
Firmly pull cold reader
Apply heat compound to metal part
OLDER FREESTANDING WATER COOLERS
Have Green & Yellow Switch at the back, clamp wires to connect the fridge
NEWER FREESTANDING WATER COOLERS
Only have 1 x yellow switch
Remove cold reader out of casing
Plug cold reader to Didgiboard (white pin)
If cold reader is located at bottom of tank
Use a stay tie to fasten pipe and tube together
CHECK ALL PARTS BEFORE CLOSING MACHINE
Place all screws taken off into allocated position in reverse order of taking off...

- Place the "larger" washer goes on top of the white plate, before the top bottle set, goes in to place. PICTURED (on the original bottle set that have the blue and white lid)
- Pace the "Smaller" washer under the dome. Needs to be place before screwing into position via the top bottle set
- Should also be a washer at the bottom of the bottle set, before the float value is screwed into place.(on the original bottle set that have the blue and white lid)

POSSIBLE ISSUES:
1. Check to see if turned on (RED heat button)
2. Check your Hot temperature Settings (>92deg)
3. Motherboard could be burnt out
4. Kettle - hot pot temperature needs resetting
5. Kettle - hot pot element could have burned out
1. Check if turned ON
2. RED light triangle grids with hot flames
To turn on, push the Heat button once
Will only take 15 minutes to heats up.
3. Check your hot settings (>92 deg) max
CHECK MOTHERBOARD FOR ANY SIGNS OF DAMAGE
TURN POWER OFF BEFORE STARTING (BEST UNPLUGGED)
Unscrew 2 x screws located back of water cooler
Remove lid, wiggle to loosen
Remove Lid, making sure wires stay together
Unscrew metal box via 2 x screws at back of machine
IF NO box water cooler <2006 (rare parts)
Check signs of damage, burnt out via front, then check back for signs of damage too
Hot may be damaged but cold still ok.
IF Motherboard has signs of damage this needs to be replaced
OTHER ISSUES:
Check that the hot trip switch is NOT the cause of the problem
How to reset the hot trip switch
TURN POWER OFF & UNPLUG BEFORE STARTING
Removed lid
Remove 2 x screws at the front
Remove drip tray
Unscrew 2 x screws behind drip tray
Unhood the side panels.
Remove front face
Cut stay tie
Remove steel pipe to tap
Check and make sure power is turned off
Push the button, located near blue & black wires
Listen for a click when pushed.
This should now be reset.
IF not, issue is elsewhere
Place a stay tie on the metal pipe
Place rubber pipe onto metal pipe.
Tighten the stay tie
Close up water cooler in reverse order
Clip hooks back
Screws behind drip tray
Screws at front top
Screws at back top
FILL UP with water
DO NOT turn on until you have check to see if they if water flow from the HOT tap
OTHER ISSUE:
Kettle – Hot Pot has burnt out
If water is still not heating up, possible cause hot pot
element has burned out, if so this part needs replacing

HOW TO INSTALL STEPS
- TURN MACHINE OFF & UNPLUG
- REMOVE bottle set of water cooler - place in bucket OR SINK, they will water still dripping from float valve. You can push up the float valve to STOP the water whist moving this.
- DISPENSER water from both tap - place a bucket under neath to do this.
- Unscrew 2 top screws at back of machine (that hold the lid in place)
- Remove the lid carefully as they still wires attached to digital screen. (allow the lid to hang with wires still in place whilst doing a repair.
- Place water cooler over to sink, with the back plug nearest the sink as we are going to empty the hot tank. – be careful this water will be hot
- Remove 2 x screws at the front ( that hold the front face on your water cooler in place)
- They are clips on the side walls, that needs unclipping, then the front face can be removed.
- Check one way valve for any damage
- They may be a calcium build-up around the valve, could be your water cooler issue (leaking)
- replace with new one way valve.
While you have machine (water cooler) open
Check the back drain pipe for any damage on the hot pot.

This is for the hot pot, that boils the hot water, like the kettle part on the water cooler

these are for the inside of the machine and are position on the back of the tap and the other end on the pipe.
HOW TO INSTALL STEPS
- TURN MACHINE OFF & UNPLUG
- REMOVE bottle set of water cooler - place in bucket OR SINK, they will water still dripping from float valve. You can push up the float valve to STOP the water whist moving this.
- DISPENSER water from both tap - place a bucket under neath to do this.
- Unscrew 2 top screws at back of machine (that hold the lid in place)
- Remove the lid carefully as they still wires attached to digital screen. (allow the lid to hang with wires still in place whilst doing a repair.
- CUT the cable ties with wires cutters top and bottom - check for damage.
- REPLACE with new tubes to pipe
TIP add the cable ties to the pipe first, then position in place,
pull cable tie tight cut off ends if too long.
While you have machine (water cooler) open
Check hot pot non return pipe on left hand side of tank for any damage

WATER COOLER “NOT HEATING”
POSSIBLE ISSUES:
1. Check to see if turned on (RED heat button)
2. Check your Hot temperature Settings (>92deg)
3. Motherboard could be burnt out
4. Kettle - hot pot temperature needs resetting
5. Kettle - hot pot element could have burned out
1. Check if turned ON
2. RED light triangle grids with hot flames
To turn on, push the Heat button once
Will only take 15 minutes to heats up.
3. Check your hot settings (>92 deg) max
CHECK MOTHERBOARD FOR ANY SIGNS OF DAMAGE
TURN POWER OFF BEFORE STARTING (BEST UNPLUGGED)
Unscrew 2 x screws located back of water cooler
Remove lid, wiggle to loosen
Remove Lid, making sure wires stay together
Unscrew metal box via 2 x screws at back of machine
IF NO box water cooler <2006 (rare parts)
Check signs of damage, burnt out via front, then check back for signs of damage too
Hot may be damaged but cold still ok.
IF Motherboard has signs of damage this needs to be replaced
OTHER ISSUES:
Check that the hot trip switch is NOT the cause of the problem
How to reset the hot trip switch
TURN POWER OFF & UNPLUG BEFORE STARTING
Removed lid
Remove 2 x screws at the front
Remove drip tray
Unscrew 2 x screws behind drip tray
Unhook the side panels.
Remove front face
Cut stay tie
Remove steel pipe to tap
Check and make sure power is turned off
Push the button, located near blue & black wires
Listen for a click when pushed.
This should now be reset.
IF not, issue is elsewhere
Place a stay tie on the metal pipe
Place rubber pipe onto metal pipe.
Tighten the stay tie
Close up water cooler in reverse order
Clip hooks back
Screws behind drip tray
Screws at front top
Screws at back top
FILL UP with water
DO NOT turn on until you have check to see if they if water flow from the HOT tap
OTHER ISSUE:
Kettle – Hot Pot has burnt out
If water is still not heating up, possible cause hot pot
element has burned out, if so this part needs replacing

These bung holes are located at the back of the machine.
They bung hole holds the hot water in for the hot pot, this can be emptied for cleaning,
make sure the water cooler has been turned off, and has had time to cool down before undoing.
For best results the water cooler is best placed on the sink with the bung hole facing the sink so the hot water that comes out of here will go straight down the drain.
