Our range of water dispensers are environmentally friendly,
energy efficient, quick water chilling/ heating and quiet.
All models have hot & cold water, we use quality materials, for example the
hot tank and heating elements are made from food grade steel,
which is highly efficient, durable and meets all Australian Standards.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:
When first using, position the water dispenser on a level/ even floor.
Leave adequate space (10cm to 20cm) behind the water dispenser for
good ventilation but position away from children to prevent them from
accessing the rear of the unit.
Position the water dispenser out of direct sunlight and away from
heat and excessive damp areas.
DO NOT position the water dispenser too close to furniture and household electrical appliances, as water spills can cause damage and possible risk of injury.
Under NO circumstances should you adjust the length of the power cable nor
should you modify the power plug in case of causing the cable to
overheat or possible risk of fire.
In case of ice build-up in the cold water tap, please switch cooling switch
to off position and switch back on after 4 hours.
NOTE: DO NOTE connect the electrical power supply until the water
is running freely out of the hot water tap.
A standard 3-pin electrical socket wall outlet is required to plug in the water dispenser.
It is advisable to use a power surge/circuit breaker protector
CAUTIONS AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE:
DO NOT start or stop the heating or cooling system by plugging in or unplugging
the power cable. When moving / carrying the water dispenser,
the angle of inclination should not be more than 45 degrees.
If the water dispenser is not to be used for a prolonged period, unplug the power
cable from the electrical wall socket and open the drain cap to drain any surplus
water (after the hot water has cooled down) after draining, close the drain cap.
Sterilize the water tank before re-use.
The water tank should be sterilized monthly.
Clean the water dispenser regularly with a damp soft cloth. DO NOT wash the cabinet with chemical detergents or strong solutions as this can cause damage to the cabinet.
Keep water dispenser beyond the reach of young children to avoid the danger of scalding.

Problems not resulting from ant technical failure, please refer below;
Dew developing – in high humidity seasons, dew may appear
on the outside , simply wipe with a soft dry cloth.
Power cable damaged – please only use specified power supply cable
for the replacement of damaged cable.

Tear off the hygienic label on the lid of the water bottle, insert the bottle into the intake vertically. Turn the hot water tap on until the water flows out freely.
Plug in the power supply. Switch on the power switches and switch the cooling switch on “Cooling” at the rear of the water dispenser. The VFD display on the front panel indicating that the heating and cooling system is operating.
