NO WATER DISPENSING FROM COLD TAP WHEN PUSHING DOWN
NO WATER COMING OUT OF TAP BUT..
THEY IS WATER IN BOTTLE SET?.

WHEN PUSHING DOWN TO DISPENSER
WATER NOTHING COMING OUT?....
Feels like the spring has gone when pushing down on the tap FEELS LOOSE?.
 It may be one part OR two parts you will need to fix this issue .
Best to open your water cooler to check what parts you need before ordering
1. WATER IN TANK FROZEN?
COLD SENSOR NEEDS REPLACING.

PLACE BOTTLE SET IN SINK OR BUCKET PUSH UP FLOAT VALVE TO STOP WATER FLOW WHEN TRANSPORTING
To check if frozen
simply lift up your bottle set

​of your water cooler
​place in bucket OR sink

SPINDLE HAS 2 HOLES FOR THUMB AND FOREFINGER TWIST AND PUSH UP
In side the cold tank is a spindle 
you need to remove
this to view inside the bottom
of the cold tank
they are two holes in the spindle
place thumb and index finger in holes
give a wiggle or twist until you feel
a bit of movement - then wiggle it
twist it up to remove

recommended to turn off your water cooler 
for a few hours until defrosted.

TO REMOVE LID LOCATE TO 2 X SCREWS BACK OF MACHINE ON THE LID SECTION
Unscrew 2 x top screws at back
loosening the lid

KEEP THE WIRES IN PLACE ONCE LID IS REMOVED LID CAN BE PLACED CAREFULLY HANGING SIDE OF WATER COOLER
Remove lid leaving wires in tact

Remove 2 x screws located at front
​ when lid removed.


Remove drip tray,
then the 2 screws
​SEE IF YOU CAN LIFT YOUR BOTTLE SET ​
OFF YOUR WATER COOLER


IF STUCK WATER IN COLD TANK COULD OF FROZEN 
TURN OF WATER COOLER FOR A FEW HOURS
AND CHECK TO SEE IF CAN BE REMOVED AGAIN

CHECK THE TEMPERATURE ON COLD SIDE IF READS
BELOW 6 TEMPERATURE TOO LOW ( CAN FREEZE)

NEW COLD READER - COLD SENSOR
If you set it any colder may freeze
​up the water inside the cold tank.
​The job of the sensor
is to read and set the required temperature
of the machine.
​

If your water cooler is reading anything other than
the setting you have set your water cooler for.
 
Recommended cold side setting between 6 - 8 degrees.

REPLACING A COLD READER

No water coming out of cold tap
Could be freezing inside the tank
 Digital screen temperature is very high,
even though water is still cold.

( Repair part needed “COLD READER” )
 When cold tank has frozen,
best to turn off & leave to defrost overnight

 
The thermostat inside the tank may also be frozen over,
leave overnight to defrost naturally for best results

Recommended to add a Heat Compound

 Pull pipe that leads to tap
Unclip the front face via clips on side.
Remove front face of water cooler
Locate old cold reader,
follow the wire via white cable to

Firmly pull cold reader

TURN POWER OFF & UNPLUG YOUR WATER COOLER

 

Remove bottle set, set aside

Drain all water out of cooler

Remove the spindle – plastic in tank

If you see a ice block leave longer

 

Unscrew 2 x top screws at back loosening the lid

 

Remove lid leaving wires in tact

Remove 2 x screws located at front when lid removed.

Remove drip tray, then the 2 screws

Cut stay tie that holds pipes together

 

Pull pipe that leads to tap

Unclip the front face via clips on side.

Remove front face of water cooler

Locate old cold reader, follow the wire via white cable to 

Didgiboard (screen)

 

OLDER WATER COOLERS cold reader located at bottom

NEWER WATER COOLERS cold reader located at side

UNSCREW 2 X SCREWS LOCATED ON THE LID BACK OF WATER COOLER
1. Unscrew 2 x screws back of lid

LEAVE WIRES ATTACHED TO LID ALLOW TO HANG VIA SIDE OF WATER COOLER
2. Remove gently, as wires are still connected to the digital screen,
​allow lid to dangle 
2.  Tap - Child lock broken

Turn OFF Water Cooler  & Unplug
remove bottle set place in sink OR bucket
​

​3. Unscrew 2 x screws top of water cooler
top left & right hand side. 

4. Remove drip tray & 2 x screws behind
 
5. To remove the face of the water cooler you need to  
 Cut cable tie via tube to pipe

Feels like the tap has lost it's spring. So when you push down can no longer feel the tap working?.


Check to see if you can pick up the bottle set of your water cooler?.

IF it feels stuck turn of water coolers as water inside the cold tank may have frozen.

OR they could be a ring of frozen water inside the cold tank?.


  • IF your water inside you cold tank has frozen. Is a good indicator sign that your cold reader (sensor) needs replacing.
