Three Stage Purifying Process

1.  Ceramic Filtration – The ceramic membrane provides genuine sub-micron filtration of fine particulate matter, bacteria, cysts and turbidity.

2.  Silver Ions- The incorporation of silver locked within the ceramic structure gives enhanced Bacteriostatic and self sterilizing properties, preventing the growth of bacteria.

3.  Granular Activated Carbon – An inner core of activated carbon and other propriety adsorbent materials remove chlorine, chloramines, heavy metals and most importantly fluoride, (without the use of any activated alumina)

Filter maintenance

For best results, the ceramic filter needs to be cleaned regularly and should be replaced periodically. The frequency will depend on the condition of the water.

Cleaning simply involves scrapping the surface of the cartridge under running water. Once the surface is white, the filter is ready for use once again. This removes contamination and clogging and should be performed when the water flow seems to be reduced.

Never use soap or detergents on the filter.

Replacement intervals

6 to 12 months or 2,000 litres, depending on water quality and usage.

Before Use

Allow a few liters of water to pass through the ceramic filter to remove any of the activated carbon particles from there ceramic cartridge. The fine particles are harmless and are a result of the activated carbon’s manufacturing process.

Ideal for use with municipal town water, rain water tanks and bore water.

Manufacturing with silver ions does not contain silver nitrate.
