Always make sure water is running though all 5 holes thoroughly before installation
White cloths can be flushed under running water.
These can be changed more regular IF you water pipes are older.

POUR ABOUT 4-5 LITERS DOME HAS HOLES IN TOP TO RELEASE AIR BLOCKAGES AIR BUBBLE ARE RELEASED SHOULD HAPPEN EVERY TIME YOU FILL YOUR TOP BOTTLE SET WHEN YOU FILL ABOVE DOME WHICH IF HIGH RECOMMENDED |
FILL WATER ABOVE THE DOME
Fill with water completely covering the dome
This will stop those air locks as bubble release via the dome holes to prevent airlocks |

UNSCREW THE DOME
REMOVE ONLY THE LID OF DOME - THIS RELEASES AN
AIR BUBBLE THAT WAS TRAPPED

If water still not running through
then you can remove the dome you should see air bubbles releasing where the dome has been unscrewed. With our original bottle sets (blue & white lids) newer White lids BPA FREE are different |
UNSCREW DOME TO RELEASE AIR LOCK. YOU SHOULD SEE BUBBLES RELEASING TRAPPED AIR

YOU CAN CHOOSE TO REFILL WITH WATER MAKE SURE WATER FILLED OVER THE DOME AND THIS WILL REALEASE THE AIR LOCK THROUGH THE ALLOCATED 5 HOLES TOP OF DOME

JUST ADD MORE WATER - TO OVER THE DOME FOR THE AIR BUBBLES TO BREATHE AND START THE FLOW AND FILTRATION PROCESS AGAIN |

ONCE THEY ARE INSTALLED THEY ARE DESIGNED TO BE SATURATED AT ALL TIMES..
ALWAYS KEEP A MINIMUM LEVEL OF WATER
COVERING THE LOWEST BLACK CARBON LEVEL OR 3 LAYERS UP....
Remove top bottle & dis-guard OR safe the water in top bottle set.
Unscrew the filter.
Give the filter a few good shakes, to more the carbon to help the water flow through
then run some water through making sure that the 5 holes in the bottom of the filter
are flowing nicely at least 3 - 5 holes with a constant flow

FLUSH UNDER FRESH RUNNING WATER TAP FILTER AT TOP WITH A FLAT PALM Continue doing this a few times,
until some water flows through filter

THEY ARE 5 HOLES AT THE BOTTOM OF OUR FILTERS,
BEST IF ALL 5 ARE RUNNING AT A CONSTANT FLOW, BUT AS LONG AS 3-5 IS RUNNING THROUGH THE REST SHOULD WORK WITH GRAVITY. |

Best to check the black & white cloth
isn't clogged a lots of sediment could be blocking the flow of the water. Rinse under running water & return to dome Reassemble bottle set with filter,
fill up your water cooler again, making sure water is covering the dome in the top bottle IF the water is flowing through thoroughly this time via our Awesome water Filtration System filling up the bottom bottle set some water may stay in the top bowl?. That's fine,what will happen this water will move when you put more water into the top bottle set the weight of the waters force of gravity will be enough to move the excess of water trapped. |
